William Boulter

William Boulter was the fifth of the ten known children of Robert Boulter and Mary Ann Moden of Wentworth.
He married Frances Sophia Powers, a schoolmistress of Wentworth (1892-1904 at least) and they remained in Wentworth, living at the School House on Main Street. The couple had one child, born to Frances when she was 41 years old.
William and his wife Frances are both mentioned in several editions of the Kelly's Directory. William as a farmer and Frances as a schoolmistress. The directory in 1900 mentions;
"National School (mixed), erected in 1873 for 50 children. Average attendence: 38. Mistress: Mrs. William Boulter"
