Mary Dewey was the forth known
child of the seven children of William Dewey and Mary Tabraham of Witchford,
Cambridgeshire. She married John Joseph Layton, a railway labourer pf Ely and the couple had six known children. After John's death, she went on to marry William John Freezer.
