Edward Giddings

Edward Giddings was the sixth child of Daniel Watson Giddings and his wife Sarah Jane (née Franks) of March, Cambridgeshire.
Edward married Susan Payne of Ramsey, Cambridgeshire and by the time of the 1871 Census, they were living at A Furlong, Little Downham, Cambridgeshire with five children and one more on the way.
When Edward and Susan's oldest child Eliza died in early 1889, leaving behind at least three children, they took in the youngest - Herbert G Eggitt. He continues living with them for the 1891 and 1901 census.
