The Pope family
The Pope family have no ancestral link to my own family but John Pope of Witchford, Cambridgeshire married my Great Great Grandmother, Louisa Barber after the death of her first husband, Flanders Hopkin.
As a widow, Louisa was left with a family of young children and together with John, they looked after the children and added to the family too.
