James Yarrow was one of the eight known children of John Yarrow and Mary Rayner.
He married Phoebe Pope (??) and upon his death, his lengthy Will and Testament notes him as a member of the 'gentry' and his Will gives specific instructions as to how his fortune should be distributed and the houses and roadways that should be built on his bequeathed land.
