Sidney Pavitt Yarrow
1869-1926

Sidney Pavitt Yarrow was the youngest of the four children of Owen Yarrow, a butcher, farmer and publican, and his wife Elizabeth (née Kempton) of Little Thetford, Cambridgeshire, England. His parents lived in The Three Horseshoes public house in the centre of Little Thetford. It still stands today, although it is now a large private house.

Sidney is noted as a "farmer" in the Kelly's Directories for 1900 and 1904.

He married Kate Bertha Skeef, a teacher at Little Thetford school and together they had one child. Sadly, Sidney died when he was 56 years old. Bertha went on to re-marry to William Yarrow Lister (a distant relation of Sidney).
