Robert Boulter was the third of the eight known children of Robert Boulter and his wife Mary Ann (née Moden) of Wentworth, Cambridgeshire.
Robert married Emily Amelia Clements of Newmarket, Suffolk and the couple went on to have at least seven children in Wentworth.
The burial register notes him as being of Whitwick.
