Adelaide Saville was one of the
children of Edward and Frances Saville of Wentworth, Cambridgeshire. She was the first of the three wives of George Dewey (1855-1939) of Wentworth. There are no known children. Her life is noted as quite sad as her mother, Frances "died suddenly of heart failure at the bedside of her dying husband" on 24th November 1906. Adelaide's father, Edward then died within a few days on 8th December 1906. Adelaide died only just over a year later from acute bronchitis.
